Todd Pettit, President - Todd was raised in Maple Valley, growing up Todd enjoyed many sports including football, baseball, golf, and skiing. Every summer Todd spent a lot of time at his parents property in Cle Elum where he enjoyed riding motorcycles, swimming, hiking, and everything else outdoors. After graduating from CWU with a degree in business management, he decided to move to Sun Valley, Idaho to ski. In Sun Valley Todd worked in a small real estate office and discovered an absolute love for architecture, and real estate. In 2001 Todd moved back to the Maple Valley area and started what is now Pettit Family Development. Pettit Family Development, LLC builds around six homes a year in East King County and Upper Kittitas County.
